You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Experience to improve order tracking, delivery communications, and recipient engagement, driving confidence throughout the gifting journey. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in digital product management, coordination, or related digital roles.
• Experience supporting digital projects, customer-facing tools, or website enhancements.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and feature delivery.
• Understanding of post-purchase order journeys and delivery experiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive digital product initiatives for post-purchase experience (order tracking, delivery communications).
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, Operations, Fulfillment, and Analytics teams.
• Support order management, shipment visibility, and recipient-facing experiences.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and data-driven enhancements to engagement and confidence.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
