The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, aligning roadmaps, and delivering seamless web and mobile experiences to improve customer confidence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or tech field.
• 1+ years in digital product management or related roles.
• Experience with e-commerce and post-purchase customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-purchase product initiatives for order tracking and delivery communications.
• Translate business needs into requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, Customer Experience, Operations, and Analytics.
• Support testing, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to drive optimization.
