You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, E-Commerce, and Technology teams to deliver roadmap initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in digital product management, marketing technology, ecommerce, CRM, or related digital roles.
• Familiarity with product development processes: requirements gathering, user stories, testing, feature implementation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for multitasking and deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of digital product roadmaps focused on marketing technology, customer engagement, gifting experiences, loyalty, and retention.
• Partner with senior Product Managers to translate objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, and cross-functional partners throughout development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain backlogs, track deliverables, and support timely execution of initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, product reviews, and release coordination.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements based on customer feedback and performance insights.
