• 5+ years of experience in financial services

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Experience strategy and product roadmap
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing and operations to deliver member-centric digital experiences
• Develop and manage inventory of digital experiences by channel/journey
• Analyze data and KPIs to drive improvements and recommendations
• Partner with product owners to align backlog, vendor spend, and costs
