Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years in financial services with a focus on member service.
• Experience with member-facing digital platforms and vendors.
• Experience gathering and analyzing member feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven initiatives to improve sales, service, and operations KPIs.
• Analyze data to inform product and service enhancements and backlogs.
• Interact with members to gather needs and craft solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with digital roadmap objectives.
