You will work with online banking and mobile platforms, collaborate across the organization, and interact with members as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in financial services with a focus on member service, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Aids in deployment of new products and features across digital platforms.
• Establishes best practices, security protocols, and performance metrics for digital channels.
• Enhances site traffic efficiency and ensures an exceptional member experience with easy access to information and tasks.
• Maintains the digital presence as a showcase aligned with member, staff, and organizational requirements.
• Interacts with members as needed and analyzes member needs to craft solutions.
