Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Digital Client Service Associate in the Private Bank to be the primary contact for online needs of Private Bank clients. You will collaborate with bankers, product partners, and operations to deliver an integrated client online experience.

You will provide exceptional service, follow controls and protect assets, and engage with client-facing teams to execute client transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Interest in technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Strong problem solving acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and flawless execution on client requests and inquiries.
• Follow the firm's controls policies and procedures and regulations as well as protecting client assets against potential fraud activities.
• Engage with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
