Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Associate in the Private Bank Global Families Group to maintain and deepen client relationships. You will be the primary contact for service needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include handling client requests, ensuring flawless execution, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Qualifications

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions including escalated research requests.
Adhere to and maintain the firm's controls policies and FINRA regulations and protect client assets against potential fraud.
Collaborate with client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
