Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Associate in the U.S. Private Bank to deepen client relationships and serve as the primary service contact for Private Banking clients.

You will collaborate with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to deliver seamless service, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships across the bank's products.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; must obtain within 90 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to controls policies and FINRA regulations and protect client assets.
• Collaborate with client facing teams to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
