Job summary

Komori America Corp is seeking a hands-on Digital Service Technician to install, troubleshoot and service Komori digital and inkjet presses nationwide. You will travel to customer sites across the U.S., perform upgrades and repairs, and train operators to keep lines running smoothly.

The role demands strong mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to read diagrams and manuals, and clear communication with customers and the Technical Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software.
• CAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software at customer sites.
• Perform equipment and workflow analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance training.
• Diagnose mechanical and system failures using established procedures.
• Provide technical feedback and maintain communication with the Technical Service Manager.
• Serve as a liaison for unresolved technical issues.
• Attend training classes as needed.
• Travel extensively as required (80-100%).
