Job summary
Komori America Corporation is seeking a Digital Service Technician to travel across the United States to install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair Komori digital and inkjet printing presses. You will be the technical expert customers rely on to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, and maintenance with extensive travel (80-100%). The ideal candidate has an associate degree or relevant training and 3–5 years in digital press field
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical training/experience required.
- Completion of electronics school or equivalent electronics training preferred.
- 3–5 years of direct experience as a digital press field technician required.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware and software at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment and workflows.
- Diagnose mechanical and system failures using established procedures.
- Communicate with the Technical Service Manager and team.
- Travel to customer sites and provide on-site training as needed.
