Job summary

swissQprint is seeking a technically adept trainer to empower customers across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead on-press training, diagnose issues, and demonstrate printer capabilities, ensuring reliable production and high-quality proofs.

The role requires hands-on teaching, strong communication, and independence while supporting sales and field service. West Dundee, IL base with regular travel and equipment care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to ~30%.
• Experience with prepress tools and RIP workflows preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to train and support print production teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide operators through hands-on training across the U.S. and Canada.
• Provide technical input to support sales opportunities.
• Develop deep expertise on swissQprint devices and environments.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and remote access.
• Produce customer-ready samples and run live demonstrations.
