PlanetArt is seeking a Print Operations Supervisor to optimize workflow, meet print deadlines, and train the print team. This hands-on role requires adjusting schedules, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with production leadership to keep multiple printing lines running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control, with a focus on developing a cross-trained team and maintaining strong communication across IT, HR, and marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 3–5 years of hands-on wide-format print production experience, with 1–3 years in a leadership or shift supervisor role.
• Experience with dye sublimation, solvent, latex, and DTF print jobs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Print Operations with production, quality, personnel, and departmental issues.
• Plan production capacity and staffing; schedule resources to execute the plan.
• Develop a cross-trained team for the departments under supervision.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, inventory accuracy, and people development goals.
• Analyze workflow and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Multitask across multiple wide-format printer platforms; troubleshoot equipment.
