Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking service engineers to maintain and troubleshoot digital printing presses. You will perform off-site corrective and preventive maintenance and deliver after-sales support to customers across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, installing equipment, training customers, and reporting feedback to management. Travel within a metro area is frequent; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) with 0-3 years of working experience.
• Degree holders with 1-3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Assist in installing, testing, and maintaining the digital printing press.
• Provide off-site corrective and preventive maintenance and after-sales support.
• Offer customer training and prepare regular service reports and feedback.
