Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Field Support Engineer for digital printing presses. The role involves maintenance, preventive care, and after-sales technical support for clients.

You will work with customers to relay problems and solutions after extensive training at the facility. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years experience in field service or as a press operator in digital printing, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) with 0-3 years of working experience.
• Degree holder with 1-3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints; evaluate and resolve problems for the customer.
• Install equipment; assist in setup and training for customers.
• Repair, test and maintain digital printing presses and related systems.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on service requests; maintain customer relations.
