Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Tulsa, OK area to install, commission, and service digital printing equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, and print quality issues and travel as needed to support customers.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades, provide on-site and remote technical support, and train operators on operation and troubleshooting to maximize equipment performance.

Qualifications

Requires a technical degree or diploma in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field.
3+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Responsibilities

Install and commission digital printing equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and print quality issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment upgrades.
Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Train operators on equipment operation, maintenance, workflow, and troubleshooting.
Coach customers during production ramp-up and startup phases.
Document service activities and maintain accurate reports.
Partner with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
