Job summary

Employee Workplace is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, and service digital printing equipment at customer sites in the Tulsa, OK area. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, and print quality issues, provide on-site and remote support, and train operators to maximize equipment performance.

Travel as needed; a technical degree and 3+ years in field service are required. Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills are essential to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission digital printing equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and print quality issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment upgrades.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Train operators on equipment operation, maintenance, workflow, and troubleshooting.
• Coach customers during production ramp-up and startup phases.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate reports.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementation.

Field Service Engineer

Pay Rate: $26.00+/hour

Location: Tulsa, OK area

Job Duties
