Qualifications

• Set portfolio priorities, budgets, schedules, and performance management to support digital initiatives.
• Oversee governance and operations for digital commerce, web services, and product delivery outcomes.
• Direct lifecycle management and performance of digital products and web capabilities.
• Guide enterprise-wide digital initiatives and complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee website operations, content delivery, traffic management, and service performance.
• Measure digital commerce performance using defined metrics and analytics.
• Establish governance for AI and emerging technologies with risk controls.
