Job summary

Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. The Digital Optimization Lead will build and evolve our website optimization programs, owning measurement, GTM, lead capture, A/B testing, and personalization to ensure every customer interaction is measurable and aligned with business goals.

Working with the Digital Marketing team, you will identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and drive a continuous program of experimentation to improve engagement,

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO, analytics and digital marketing in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Proficient with A/B testing and personalization platforms.
• Strong data-driven decision making and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead website optimization program and backlog prioritization.
• Develop hypotheses, run tests, measure business impact with VWO/GA4.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to drive personalization and efficiency.
