Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM implementation, configuration, or redesign experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with Power Automate or comparable workflow-automation technology.
• Business-process mapping and workflow design.
• Dashboard, reporting, and data-governance experience.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience training users and driving adoption.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization.
• Design automated workflows across leads, customers, and projects.
• Create dashboards for pipeline, backlog, close rates, forecasting, and visibility.
• Establish data-quality standards and CRM governance.
• Build consistent standards across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Map business processes from lead to warranty into SOPs and playbooks.
• Train office and field teams and drive adoption.
