We are seeking a Digital Operations & CRM Manager to lead that transformation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands business operations, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, automation, and process improvement and wants the authority to build an integrated digital operating environment from the ground up. You will work directly with ownership to transform spreadsheets, disconnected processes, and institutional knowledge into scalable systems that connect the entire business.
Your mission will be to create a connected digital workflow across the business:
You’ll evaluate how information currently moves through the organization, identify gaps, select and configure the appropriate technology, automate repetitive processes, establish standards, and help employees adopt the new systems.
Technology is only valuable when people use it. You’ll train office and field employees, establish practical standards, monitor adoption, and continuously improve workflows based on real-world use.
