CLA is seeking a Digital Industry Leader for Construction and Real Estate to shape the company's digital strategy and drive adoption of digital solutions within the Construction and Real Estate sector. The role leads strategic initiatives, collaborates across geographies, and influences client acquisition and revenue impact through digital transformation.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a Bachelor's degree.

Experience leading cross functional teams, market development, or digital portfolio growth preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the digital strategy for the Construction and Real Estate industry, aligning capabilities with client needs.
Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities and shaping go-to-market plans.
Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and key clients on digital transformation.
Conduct discovery sessions with clients and prospects to assess needs and design digital strategies.
Collaborate across service lines and geographies to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Promote digital offerings internally through training and adoption support.
Develop industry-facing content such as thought leadership and webinars.
Oversee revenue impact by supporting revenue FP&A and CRM accuracy.
Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy.
Mentor and develop Digital team members.
