Job summary

Gothic Landscape seeks a Director of Business Solutions (Construction) to align construction operations with technology across regions. This role partners with field teams, IT, and leadership to drive process improvements and scalable workflows that support business growth.

You will own end-to-end delivery of solutions from discovery to rollout, mentor teams, and develop dashboards that translate operations into actionable insights while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in the construction industry with field experience.
• Experience documenting and optimizing workflows; strong process mapping.
• Experience leading technology implementation projects and cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support construction technology implementations across regions.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to design, test, and roll out solutions.
• Develop and validate dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and data integrity.
