Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital operations, B2B Commerce.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics and automation technologies.
• Experience with budgets, performance metrics, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital growth strategy to drive revenue, acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
• Lead operations across digital platforms, large website ecosystem, and customer operations.
• Act as trusted partner to executives and cross-functional leaders to align initiatives.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop teams with a focus on growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
