Job summary

EverBank, N.A. in Islandia, NY is seeking a Digital Account Operations Specialist to review and decision new client applications and process client change requests in line with KYC, CIP and OFAC requirements.

The role supports banking professionals under moderate supervision, focuses on regulatory compliance, and contributes to training and testing activities for process improvements. A minimum of 2+ years in operational account services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational account services and customer support.
• Ability to navigate complex banking procedures with regulatory standards.
• Experience with KYC, CIP, and OFAC requirements.
• Proficient in validating client information using third-party tools such as LexisNexis and Experian.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with banking software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes new client applications according to regulatory requirements (KYC, CIP, OFAC).
• Validates client information using third-party verification tools.
• Performs advanced application research and onboarding responses.
• Handles complex title applications and existing client title change requests.
• Performs client outreach to obtain necessary documents and performs due diligence checks.
• Supports training of new team members.
• Assists with user acceptance testing (UAT).
