Qualifications

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or higher with an emphasis in Information Technology, Business or Accounting; experience with digital banking preferred.
• Skill(s): Proficient in English, reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; knowledge of banking products and customer service; proficient PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to learn job-specific software.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard retail and business customers via digital onboarding channels to ensure efficient digital account creation.
• Perform Digital Account Opening tasks including Online Account Review, Daily Reports, Alloy Alerts, and documentation review.
• Manage IntraFi (ICS/CDARS) processes including new accounts, withdrawals, and maturity alerts; move funds as required.
• Handle Customer Communications via phone, email, and Salesforce/DocManager regarding products and accounts.
