The role supports banking professionals to ensure timely completion of critical tasks.

The position emphasizes adherence to KYC/CIP/OFAC, verification using LexisNexis and Experian, and assisting with training and UAT as needed. Office-based role in Islandia, NY.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of expertise in operational account services and customer support.
• Proven ability to navigate complex banking procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in performing detailed reviews and processing new client applications in alignment with KYC, CIP, OFAC.
• Adept at validating client information using LexisNexis and Experian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes new client applications according to regulatory requirements related to KYC, CIP, and OFAC.
• Validates client information using third-party verification tools such as LexisNexis and Experian.
• Performs advanced application research regarding client-submitted applications before onboarding and responding to client inquiries.
• Handles complex title applications such as trusts and states; handles existing client title change requests.
• Performs client outreach utilizing verification tools to obtain necessary documents before onboarding; performs due diligence checks and questions related to client-submitted applications.
• Ensures work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures.
• Supports training of new team members.
• Assists with user acceptance testing (UAT) where applicable.
