Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Outbound Specialist to help clients onboard and use digital banking tools. You will conduct proactive outbound outreach, guide clients through account setup, funding, and enrollment, and collaborate with bankers and operations to resolve issues.

This individual-contributor role requires strong phone skills, resilience in a high-volume environment, and a track record of meeting contact and conversion goals across a commercial client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• One to four years of client management or outbound sales/ contact center experience.
• Experience with outbound calling and client engagement.
• Knowledge of business banking and money movement products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to assigned clients and document activity.
• Guide clients through account setup and digital enrollment.
• Assist with issue resolution or escalate to the proper channel.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers.
