You will collaborate with bankers, product, and operations to resolve friction and achieve measurable outcomes such as funding and digital banking adoption. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–4 years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience
• Working knowledge of business banking and money movement products
• Proven outbound calling experience with consistent performance against goals
• Knowledge of business, financials, products and services, and the market
• Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate multiple digital banking systems
• Knowledge of account management, operations, and logistics
• Ability to manage high call volume and multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong customer service and client relations skills

Responsibilities
