Job summary

Nexstar Media is seeking a Digital Media Manager to drive the station's digital advertising strategy, oversee content and quality for our digital platforms, and lead a specialized digital sales team. You will partner with clients and agencies to maximize revenue and develop multi-platform advertising solutions.

You will coordinate with IDS for training, forecasting, and budget management, while fostering internal and external education on the benefits of digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum three years' sales experience, preferably in digital.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily digital advertising operations and revenue.
• Collaborate with clients and agencies to maximize digital revenue.
• Manage digital inventory and revenue forecasting.
• Recruit and develop digital sales staff.
• Prepare budgets and control expenditures.
• Calls on accounts with Account Executives.
