Are you an expert in Digital Asset Management (DAM) with a passion for building scalable, organized systems that empower creative and marketing teams?

We are looking for a Digital Media Planning Specialist to lead the daily operations of our Adobe AEM Assets platform. You’ll ensure smooth uploads, precise tagging, and seamless asset migration, playing a critical role in product launches and marketing efforts that impact patient lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the uploading, organizing, and tagging of marketing and commercial assets
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure brand-approved materials are current and searchable
• Migrate key files from legacy DAM systems into AEM
• Audit and maintain asset structure, integrity, and metadata

What You Bring:

• 4+ years managing digital assets (2+ years in Adobe AEM Assets)
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, and digital formats
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter who thrives in evolving environments

Bonus if you have experience in regulated industries like medtech or pharma
