Premiere Digital Services (PDS) seeks a Digital Media Coordinator to manage the intake, validation, and delivery of video, audio, and text assets to broadcasters and digital providers. You will work with multiple teams to ensure efficient, secure workflows and timely distribution of media packages.

The role requires knowledge of media formats, delivery standards, and file transfer protocols, with strong analytical and communication skills to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred: 1 year in Entertainment/Media.
• Familiarity with media formats and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure intake and delivery of digital assets into platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset flow.
• Validate metadata and media against specs.
• Package assets and metadata per servicing profiles.
• Maintain delivery logs and document rejections.
• Verify integrity of deliverables before servicing.
• Meet project deadlines with proactive actions.
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive order queues.
