Job summary

The Walt Disney Company seeks a Specialist, Technical Operations to support media operations, content preparation and distribution for productions, marketing, communications, technical and events teams. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, with experience handling media assets and delivery systems.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in media operations, content distribution, or post-production preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process internal requests and resources for work orders and post-production schedules.
• Troubleshoot technical requests to support program duplication and distribution.
• Onboard and support requests in MediaSilo and screening sites.
• Coordinate delivery of high-profile content to internal and external teams.
• Maintain on-time delivery of priority materials from event tracker.
• Manage audio/video equipment inventory and check-in/check-out processes.
