Job summary

PostcardMania, based in the Clearwater area, seeks a Digital Marketing & Services Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing and web services. You will drive paid ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

You’ll receive extensive training on products and processes, with increasing leadership responsibility and an emphasis on collaboration, optimization, and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web services, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, websites, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn.
• Ready to grow into a larger leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Website Services and SEM, including workflow, priorities, deadlines, quality control, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and project results; use data to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Review work and help improve processes, efficiency, quality, and the customer experience.
• Troubleshoot customer and internal issues, provide product guidance, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve problems.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and team development, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Stay current with digital marketing platforms, web technology, SEO, and industry best practices.
• Apply a broad understanding of paid advertising, SEO, websites, marketing, and conversion across multiple channels.
