Job summary

PostcardMania — PCM Integrations Division is seeking a Partner Success Specialist in Clearwater, FL. This in-office role focuses on growing revenue by empowering partners with education, proof points, and marketing support to promote direct mail to their clients.

You will build marketing materials, coordinate campaigns, host training webinars, and travel to events as needed. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educate our partners on direct mail statistics, effectiveness, and use cases.
• Build and deliver marketing materials, one-pagers, case studies, and video walkthroughs.
• Serve as liaison between partners and internal marketing team for campaigns.
• Host small-group training webinars for partner teams.
• Proactively reach out to partners to reactivate accounts and grow usage.
• Identify and cultivate new affiliate-style partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Educate partners on direct mail strategies and sales enablement.
• Create and share co-branded marketing content with partners.
• Coordinate campaigns and webinars with the internal marketing team.
• Lead partner training webinars to deepen product knowledge.
• Proactively engage partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Travel with the team to tradeshows to generate leads.
• Track and drive revenue growth from partner activities.
