Job summary

PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL is seeking a strategic SEM Manager to own and scale paid and organic search and paid social programs for our three in-house brands. This role sits on our internal marketing team and focuses on building, testing, and optimizing performance from strategy through execution.

You will own cross-channel campaigns, perform keyword research and competitive analysis, and collaborate with content, design, web, and analytics teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEM, SEO, and paid media management.
• Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Search Engine Marketing across three internal brands.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms.
• Manage and scale paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
