PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a strategic Performance Marketing Manager to own SEM, SEO and paid media for our three in-house brands (PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail). This role is not client-facing and focuses on building, optimizing and scaling our own marketing programs.

You will collaborate with content, design, web and analytics teams to drive rankings, traffic and conversions, manage budgets and report performance with dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEM/SEO and paid media management.
• Proven PPC and paid social results with measurable impact.
• Strong SEO practices including technical SEO and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize SEM across three in-house brands.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Plan, launch and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and related platforms.
• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, web and analytics teams to align messaging and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets, bids and pacing to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze and report performance using analytics dashboards.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team and drive growth for our three in-house brands (PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail). This role is not client‑facing. You’ll focus exclusively on building, optimizing and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that support our company’s own marketing goals.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage Search Engine Marketing across our three internal brands
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
• Plan, launch and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and related platforms
• Manage and scale paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and ongoing performance optimisation
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
• Monitor budgets, bids and pacing to maximise ROI
• Track, analyse and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO and paid media management
• Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO and content optimisation
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
• Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced marketing environment

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and landing page testing
• Agency or in‑house marketing experience (or both)
