PostcardMania is seeking an SEM Manager to lead our in-house marketing across three brands. You will own paid and organic search, scale campaigns, and work with internal teams to align messaging and landing pages.

This role is office-based in Clearwater, FL and offers on-site collaboration and growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SEM/SEO, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEM, SEO, and paid media management.
• Proven success with PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Strong SEO best practices and technical SEO.
• Experience with analytics tools and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SEM across three internal brands.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms.
• Manage and scale paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
