Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of digital marketing and marketing automation experience.
• Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, CMS, or email marketing software.
• Basic graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience coordinating community events or outreach is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot.
• Build and refine member segments using CRM tools.
• Maintain website content ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support digital banking communications and in-app messaging.
• Assist in campaigns across digital touchpoints.
• Plan and support community engagement events.
• Coordinate event invitations and post-event communications.
• Develop campaigns promoting products and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and report analytics.
