Job summary

UTFCU is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and digital banking platforms. You will align with the AVP, Director of Digital & Content Marketing to bring the credit union's strategy to life.

This role focuses on content creation, social media management, HubSpot email campaigns, photography and videography at events, and using analytics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Social media management across platforms with content planning and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot.
• Create and publish blog, social and email content.
• Capture and edit photography and video content for campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to optimize channels and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop social content calendars and publish across platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photography and video assets.
• Create blog and landing page content aligned to strategy.
• Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot with segmentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve results.
• Coordinate with teams to support campaigns and branding.
