Job summary

Leaders Credit Union in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to support our Marketing team in delivering data-driven campaigns across digital channels. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Graphic Design.

You will manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot CRM, and content creation for web, email and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Has 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing and ad networks.
• Organized, detailed, flexible and has the ability to multi-task.
• Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Auditing, updating, and maintaining all digital platforms including Google Ads and the Meta/Facebook Ads manager.
• Working directly with the Analytics department regarding predictive analytics to coordinate targeted campaigns in digital channels and analyze past performance.
• Assisting with marketing operations and automation through HubSpot CRM. Create and edit website pages, landing pages and email templates.
• Serving as second copywriter and editor for email, website, blog and social content.
• Collaborating with team members and internal departments to brainstorm new marketing campaigns and collateral material
