POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking aDigital Marketing Managerto join our growing team. You’ll work closely with fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer goods clients to lead digital marketing efforts across social media, email, paid media, e-commerce, and influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and client-facing, with a strong creative eye and a love for turning insights into innovative solutions. You’re just as comfortable reviewing performance metrics as you are brainstorming new campaign ideas — and you genuinely enjoy both.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Develop and execute creative, effective marketing strategies for clients.
  • Lead day-to-day project management with internal teams and clients, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
  • Oversee paid media strategy in collaboration with our Paid Media Specialist to drive performance and ROI.
  • Drive influencer and content marketing initiatives that align with brand goals.
  • Support content creation and creative development across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating weekly/monthly reports that translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Lead and support experiential marketing and branded events.
  • Inspire innovation and proactive problem-solving across all areas of client work.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce. Agency experience is a major plus.
  • Strong grasp of digital strategy and hands-on experience across social, email, paid media, and influencer marketing.
  • Confident in client communications and able to present strategy and results with clarity.
  • Fluent in tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, Tiktok Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Keynote, and G-Suite.

  • A project manager at heart: Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented. You love seeing projects come to life.
  • A problem solver - Ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.
  • Strong time management skills - Can juggle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Strategic and Creative - You’re looking for a role where you can take the lead on new ventures and quickly have a list of ideas brewing.
  • A team player - No task is beneath you to get the job done. Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
