About the Company:

We are a globally operating organization at the forefront of solar innovation, specializing in cutting-edge CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) thin-film solar cells. Our advanced photovoltaic technologies are applied in space exploration, next-generation satellites, and high-performance terrestrial systems. With a strong focus on sustainability, technical excellence, and global market expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help grow our visibility and influence in the solar energy and aerospace sectors.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Manager who can lead and execute a broad range of marketing functions while also handling contract and administrative tasks. This role blends strategic digital marketing and social media management with operational responsibilities, including the coordination of NDAs, partnership agreements, and client contracts.

Candidate must either live within a commutable distance to the company’s Los Angeles office or be able to relocate to the area prior to the start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Brand Development
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to promote advanced CIGS solar cell solutions for space and terrestrial applications.
  • Curate and schedule content for social media, focusing on technical storytelling and industry engagement.
  • Develop product marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical white papers.
  • Plan and support trade shows, conferences, and speaking opportunities to showcase company innovation.

Business Operations & Documentation:

  • Coordinate the drafting, review, and execution of NDAs, vendor/client agreements, and contracts.
  • Maintain organized records of contract terms and deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing, business development, and international headquarters to support global outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, Communications related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in high-tech, or aerospace industries.
  • Proven ability to run digital marketing campaigns and manage social media accounts with technical accuracy.
  • Experience managing contracts, NDAs, or client/vendor agreements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment with global coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with aerospace sector trends.
  • Graphic design or visual content creation experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
