OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING MANAGER - LOS ANGELES, CA (REMOTE BUT RESIDENCY IN GREATER LA REGION REQUIRED)

Job Summary: The Regional Marketing Manager collaborates on and executes marketing strategies to increase leads, traffic, and resident retention. They partner with internal teams and regional leadership to develop tactical plans for assigned properties. Using digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, and Yardi, this role supports the Director of Marketing. It is a service-oriented, support role with a focus on providing excellent internal and external customer service. Although remote, candidates must reside in the greater Los Angeles area for site visits and support.

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with a multi-family property management company.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Yardi Rent Café.
• Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and file management.
• Graphic design knowledge for fonts, color, and layout.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $93,000 annually. Benefits include 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours are eligible for health benefits and vacation accrual. Sick leave is provided as per law.
