Twenty Four Seven Hotels - Digital Marketing Manager

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a forward-thinking individual to join our corporate marketing team as a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing initiatives, boosting online presence, and executing paid media strategies to enhance revenue across our hotel portfolio. This role is remote, based in California, Arizona, or other current markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Improve hotel search engine rankings through link building, keyword-optimized copywriting, and content updates.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of brand websites, focusing on Conversion Rates, Referral Traffic, and Search Engine Rankings.
  • Ensure all third-party hotel listings are optimized, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Establish SEO guidelines, including keyword placement, headline effectiveness, and call-to-action strategies.
  • Conduct regular search audits, technical website analysis, and competitive research.
  • Develop and manage landing pages for campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Implement integrated digital marketing strategies such as programmatic display, retargeting, paid search, and social media campaigns.
  • Create content for online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage distribution strategies among direct channels and OTAs to optimize search rankings and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to promote packages and offers through Travel Ads and co-op campaigns.
  • Advise on paid placements and ad space for OTAs.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on marketing metrics, ROI, and revenue impact for stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance for data-driven improvements.
  • Support hotel management in responding to online reviews across all channels.
Requirements:
  • Preferably a 4-year college degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, e-commerce, and paid campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing digital strategies and creating online content.
  • Familiarity with hotel website configurations, third-party booking software, and digital communication channels.
  • Experience with e-commerce growth tracking and analytical reporting.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and markets with a creative and analytical approach.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overnight up to 30% of the time.

Salary ranges vary by location: $85,000 - $102,000 in California, and $75,000 - $92,000 in Arizona.
