Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. In this blended MarTech and Campaign Execution role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social, programmatic advertising, ABM and events. As a key contributor to our growth, you will leverage marketing technologies to enhance campaign performance, foster customer engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive professional, capable of managing their workload, coordinating with others and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced start-up style / private equity environment.
Campaign Execution
Key Outcomes and Deliverables:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, ads, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
Marketing Technology (MarTech) Utilization
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline campaign processes.
- Evaluate and implement emerging MarTech solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot data & technical issues related to deployment, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution as required
Performance Optimization
- Develop KPIs and track campaign performance to ensure ROI and alignment with business goals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics to refine strategies.
- Campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing of emails and landing pages, personalization, and segmentation
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and product marketers as well as sales, product and client success teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors, such as event organizers or ad agencies.
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field with demonstrable experience with MarTech tools and processes.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution.
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience administering multiple instances of Adobe Engage (Marketo)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience managing email marketing, website content, and event promotions.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Distinctions
- Marketo Certifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management – preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.
- Hands-on experience using Jira, SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, Highspot, ZoomInfo, Bizzabo, Webflow
