Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager in Byron, GA to own the end-to-end digital lead generation for a nationwide sales team with some international business. You will manage paid search, SEO, website performance, CRM/marketing automation, analytics, social media, and content creation.

The role reports to Sales & Marketing leadership and requires substantial hands-on expertise with Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools, and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven lead-generation experience with Google Ads, SEO, website/CMS, CRM/marketing automation, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own digital lead generation with a target of ~50 qualified leads per day for 6 Sales Managers.
• Manage ~ $12,000/month in Google Ads, optimizing campaigns for lead quality and ROI.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Key Requirements

Approximately 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience strongly preferred; proven lead-generation experience; Google Ads/PPC, SEO, website/CMS, CRM/marketing automation, analytics, and technical troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred, not required.

Position Overview

An established industry leader is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own digital lead generation for a nationwide sales organization with some international business. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of qualified sales leads.

The ideal candidate is actively doing this work today and can personally manage paid search, SEO, website performance, CRM/marketing automation, analytics, social media, and marketing content.

What You’ll Do

• Own digital lead generation with a target of approximately 50 qualified leads per day for 6 Sales Managers.
• Personally manage approximately $12,000/month in Google Ads, optimizing campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
• Manage SEO, website updates, landing pages, forms, integrations, tracking, and overall website performance.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation using Keap and Salesforce, including workflows, lead routing, email campaigns, and integrations.
• Monitor lead volume, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance; troubleshoot issues affecting lead flow.
• Partner directly with Sales leadership to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Manage social media marketing and create digital content, graphics, brochures, and sales/marketing collateral.

What You’ll Bring

• Approximately 10 years of digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Current hands-on experience driving digital lead generation and supporting sales teams.
• Strong Google Ads/PPC experience with meaningful budget ownership.
• Hands-on SEO, website/CMS, analytics, and conversion-tracking experience.
• CRM and marketing automation experience; Keap and Salesforce experience are highly valuable.
• Experience with email marketing, workflows, forms, integrations, and lead-routing systems.
• Experience with GA4/Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or similar tools.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Social media and marketing collateral experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred, not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000-100,000 base salary.
