Job summary

Sibu is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own online marketing, ads, email/SMS campaigns, and content for their Utah-based operation. The role involves Shopify order processing and some light website work, with a casual environment and limited meetings.

Salary is $50k–$70k with 401K and health insurance. Some remote work may be possible in the future, but front-line customer contact is currently required.

Qualifications

• Design, analyze and track Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• TikTok ad campaign experience would be nice but not required.
• UGC/influencer management.
• Minor creative development and copywriting.
• Customer service (inbound calls and emails about orders, products).
• Wears multiple hats in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee Meta and Google ads campaigns.
• Handle email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Postscript).
• Create copy and blog content.
• Develop creative assets.
• Process orders via Shopify.
• Monitor profitability and ROAS.
• Light website maintenance on Shopify.
• Assist with in-house order fulfillment when needed.
