Job summary

Sibu, a small dietary supplements and skincare company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to replace the outgoing lead. We offer a very casual environment with minimal meetings and a strong benefits package including 401K and health insurance.

The role covers digital marketing, Meta and Google ads, Klaviyo email marketing, SMS campaigns, copywriting, blog posting, and Shopify order processing. Some remote work may be possible in the future, though front-line customer interaction is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to design, analyze and track Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• Experience with Klaviyo email marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Postscript SMS campaigns is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for blogs and promotions.
• Ability to handle customer service inquiries and order-related questions.
• Wears multiple hats in a small, nimble team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Plan and optimize email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Create compelling copy and blog posts for product promotion.
• Handle order processing and Shopify store updates.
• Monitor profitability and ROAS reporting and adjust budgets.
• Provide light website management and occasional order fulfillment support.
• Engage with customers via inbound inquiries and maintain smooth operations.
