Position Overview
HMP Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Manager to support its growing Dermatology portfolio. This role is execution-focused and revenue-driven, with social media and email serving as primary growth channels.
The ideal candidate is strong in social media strategy and execution, understands how to build and segment audiences, and can translate engagement into registrations and revenue. This role will work cross-functionally with content, CX, sales, and leadership to support existing events and new launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the dermatology portfolio social media calendar
- Write and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Translate faculty insights, KOL moments, and program updates into high-performing content
- Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and referral traffic
- Support event-specific campaigns leading up to and during conferences
Email Marketing Execution
- Build and deploy campaigns within the marketing automation platform
- Support segmentation, testing, and audience targeting
- Monitor performance and optimize subject lines, content, and cadence
- Ensure campaigns align with registration and revenue goals
CRM & Automation
- Maintain and refine CRM segmentation for dermatology audiences
- Build and manage automation workflows (nurture tracks, abandoned registration, post-event engagement)
- Partner with CX and sales to ensure data accuracy and lifecycle alignment
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Support landing page updates and messaging refinement
- Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Align copy, proof points, and calls-to-action with audience intent
Performance Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly channel reporting
- Track campaign performance across social, email, and paid efforts
- Provide clear insights tied to revenue, registrations, and pipeline impact
New Event Launch Support
- Assist in go-to-market execution for new dermatology events
- Support messaging development and promotional rollout plans
- Coordinate timelines across internal teams
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within events, healthcare, or B2B environments
- Demonstrated strength in social media content development and growth strategy
- Experience executing email campaigns within a marketing automation platform
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and segmentation best practices
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into action
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to audience and channel nuance
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
